How to Contact UGI Utilities

- Contact UGI divisions by clicking on the appropriate link below. You will have the option of using an online form, e-mail address or telephone number for most divisions.
UGI Electric Service (UGI Electric Service Account Numbers start with a "6".)
UGI Gas Service (UGI Gas Service Account Numbers start with a "2", "3", "5" or "7" for customers whose properties are in the Harrisburg, Lancaster, Lehigh Valley or Reading areas.)
UGI Penn Natural Gas (UGI Penn Natural Gas Account Numbers Start with a "2" and are for customers whose properties are in the Wilkes-Barre, Bloomsburg, Williamsport, Milford or Scranton areas.)
