Customer choice: Restrict Account Information
Rules established by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission require UGI Utilities to provide certain customer information to licensed natural gas suppliers. This allows suppliers to provide you with information on their products and services. Unless you tell us otherwise, the information provided to suppliers will include your name, billing address, service address, billing rate code, account number natural gas usage information. If you do not want UGI Utilities to give your information to suppliers, please check one of the boxes below (complete this form only if you've received, via US mail, a postcard about the Gas Choice Program):
