Ask before allowing entrance
Beware of scams and people posing as utility workers. UGI Central Penn Gas employees ae required to carry company identification cards. All service work is performed on a pre-scheduled basis, with the exception of leak and corrosion surveys, therefore UGI Central Penn Gas personnel will make an appointment with you before visiting your home.
If you are suspicious about a person's ID or activities, do not allow that person into your home and call UGI Central Penn Gas at 1-800-652-0550 to verify the visit.
