Supplier Registration Information
In accordance with UGI Utilities, Inc. - Electric Division's Electric Generation Supplier Coordination Tariff Electric - PA PUC No. 1S any Electric Generation Supplier (EGS) seeking to deliver competitive energy supply through UGI's electric distribution facilities must provide UGI with the following registration information in addition to signing a confidentiality agreement associated with the customer information available to the EGS from UGI's Web Page:
- Evidence that the EGS is a PUC licensed supplier.
- Written evidence that the EGS or, to the extent applicable, its Scheduling Coordinator, is a signatory to the Operating Agreement and Reliability Agreement of the PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. or their successors, if any.
- An Individual Coordination Agreement fully executed by an authorized representative of the EGS; plus a Scheduling Coordinator Designation Form, if applicable.
- A fully executed EDI Trading Partner Agreement.
- The EGS's Pennsylvania Sales Tax identification number.
- The name, mailing address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address of the EGS's contact person.
