ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
UGI recognizes that there are some customers who experience a temporary inability to pay their utility bills. Any customer who is unable to pay their UGI bill in full is urged to call UGI's Customer Information Center. UGI is committed to helping those customers who make a sincere effort to pay their bills. Our representatives are trained to assist customers by providing information on a variety of energy assistance programs, referrals to local agencies, participation in fuel funds, or establishing a payment arrangement.
Customer Outreach Programs to help you afford your UGI bills are:
- The Low Income Self Help Program (LISHP)
- LIURP - The Low Income Usage Reduction Program
- Operation Share Fuel Fund
- CARES - Customer Assistance and Referral Evaluation Services
- LIHEAP - Low Income Home Enrgy Assistance Program. 1-800-UGI-WARM.

- TDD Pennsylvania Relay Service for the hearing impaired (1-800-654-5984)
- Braille or large print bills
- Due date extension for Social Security recipients
- Energy Conservation information
