The Low Income Self Help Program offers a monthly payment based on a percentage of your household gross income rather than actual usage. In most cases, a payment based on gross income will make UGI bills more affordable. When LISHP bills are paid on or before the due date, the difference between the amount billed and the actual amount used will be forgiven.
