CONTRACT CUSTOMER BILLING CALL CENTER
To provide excellent customer service to our large commercial and industrial contract customers, UGI has established a dedicated Large Customer Billing call center where representatives are available to answer all your specific billing questions. You can reach a Billing Representative by calling the toll free number (866) 615-0571.
When you call the billing center, you will be prompted to select a Billing Representative. The Billing Representatives and their respective territories and contract customer groups are as follows.

If all Billing Representatives are busy helping other customers, your call will be answered by voicemail. You may leave a message and a representative will return your call as soon as possible. The Large Customer Billing call center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm.
