The Keystone Home Energy Loan Program (HELP), available to consumers only for work performed by approved contractor/dealers, is fast and simple, preferred rate financing with special low rates for ENERGYSTAR® and other qualifying improvements exclusively for Pennsylvania homeowners. This new program features a 7.99% fixed rate, unsecured financing for ENERGYSTAR® and other qualifying heating and cooling systems, windows, doors, insulation, geothermal and solar systems. The Keystone HELP highlights:
- Electric, oil, gas heating and air conditioning systems, including all equipment, installation, and ducting
- Windows, doors, insulation and other energy-related improvements
- 100% financing from $1,000 to $10,000 or more
- Unsecured - no lien or mortgage filed on the borrower's home
- No home equity is required - even new homeowners are eligible
- Fast and simple - approvals within hours
- No costs or fees - to the customer or the contractor/dealer
- Terms of up to 10 years with no pre-payment penalty - lower payments, but the flexibility to pay extra principal or pay off early
