UNIVERSAL SERVICES PROGRAMS
A number of low-income and special-needs assistance programs to help those who truly cannot afford to pay some or all of their natural gas bills are available through UGI Penn Natural Gas. If you or someone you know needs payment assistance, please contact our Outreach Services department at 1-800-490-8605 to check your eligibility and to discuss program details. Below is a list of programs for which you may qualify:
- Partners Program
- LIURP (Low Income Usage Reduction Program)
- LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program)
- CARES (Customer Referral and Evaluation Services)
- Project Outreach Fund
In addition to the Universal Services programs listed above, UGI Penn Natural Gas is pleased to offer a variety of programs to customers with special needs, such as physical or mental disabilities or older adults in need of assistance.
