New contracts start 20 days from the date you register and after full or partial payment is received. There is no lapse in coverage for renewing accounts. Your contract will remain in effect for one full year from the date you enroll.

This contract is not refundable, transferable nor assignable. It is in effect for the original appliances only at the address requested. At the time of enrollment, all covered items must be in good working condition and installed in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions and applicable codes.This contract covers the cost of parts and labor as required to keep covered equipment operational. Services such as the draining or filling of heating boilers and purging air from hot water systems will be billed at our usual labor rates. Liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of parts covered and does not include replacement of heating equipment or appliances for any reason. We are not responsible for any consequential damages nor for any damages caused by fire, flood, freezing or force majeure. Replacement of cosmetic parts and/or materials is not covered under this contract. Parts are subject to availability.

Air conditioners, pool heaters and primary heating equipment in excess of 325,000 BTUs are excluded from this contract. However, they can be serviced on a time and material basis, as can other equipment not eligible under this contract. We reserve the right to refuse or reject coverage on special or unusual heating equipment or appliances under this contract (examples: mobile homes, pulse combustion, tankless water heaters). Service will then be provided on a time and material basis. The customer is responsible for providing safe access to all equipment.
