UGI Accepts Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Order Regarding Allentown Incident
Today, UGI accepted the terms and conditions of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission’s Tentative Order regarding the Allentown incident that occurred on February 9, 2011.
In its letter, UGI expressed its deepest sympathies to the Hall and Cruz families who lost loved ones, and to all members of the Allentown community who were affected by the incident. UGI also committed to maintain its focus on the Company’s infrastructure improvement program, and to continue to work collaboratively with the PUC to ensure the safe delivery of energy to UGI’s customers, and the many communities it serves.
