Conyngham Avenue to close for UGI gas main replacement
UGI Penn Natural Gas will replace a natural gas main on Conyngham Avenue in Wilkes-Barre starting Friday, March 1. This project will close the street in both directions between Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue.
The closure is expected to last approximately one week.
UGI is working with the city of Wilkes-Barre to re-route traffic during this construction project.
UGI apologizes for the inconvenience during this project and will work to complete the project in a timely manner.
