UGI Transportation Customer Portal Profile Enrollment

Welcome to the UGI Transportation Customer Portal
To enroll, you will need to have one of your most recent bills. From that bill, you will either need to use a 12 digit customer number, or you will need to use a 7 digit account number, omitting the last 2 items (ex. -9). You will also need the 8 digit worksheet control number (found in the body of the bill, under the section labeled, 'Messages from UGI'). You will then need to fill in all the information below indicated by the asterisks. Once enrolled, you will be able to add additional accounts to which you have billing responsibility.

Customer/Account Number		12 digit number (UGI or UGI-PNG) / 7 digit number (UGI-CPG)
Worksheet Control Number		8 digit number -- should correspond to the customer/account number entered above
Billing Group Nickname		A short name for this account such as "Main street location"
E-mail Address		Will also be used as your username
Confirm E-mail Address
Name Prefix		Mr., Mrs., Dr., etc.
