We know you and your family rely on UGI to ensure the safe delivery of energy to your home. As essential employees, UGI’s field technicians are working hard to be sure all customers continue to receive the level of service they expect and deserve. Above all else, all of us at UGI are focused on ensuring the health and safety of our customers, communities, and our fellow employees during both normal and challenging times like these.
After standing down several non-life essential field and office activities for the past several months, UGI recently resumed a number of natural gas main replacement projects across our service territory. These projects are part of the Company’s multi-year infrastructure betterment initiative and will take place on a modified construction schedule. This will ensure the continued health and safety of both our customers and our employees by limiting interactions and reducing the need to enter customer homes. UGI is performing all work with enhanced safety protocols consistent with orders issued by the Wolf Administration.
Please join us in our efforts to prioritize the safety of our workers and your family. This includes keeping a safe distance from UGI workers or contractors at worksites and never touching UGI equipment or vehicles.

If you need assistance, we also encourage you to contact us at 800-276-2722 to speak with a Customer Care representative anytime from Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm.
