How to contact UGI?
If you need assistance from UGI’s Customer Care Team, please contact our call center at 1-800-276-2722. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If this is not an urgent matter, please contact email@example.com, and our team will get back to you in a timely manner.
If there is an emergency (electric outages, natural gas odor/leaks, carbon monoxide build up): please call us immediately. Our emergency line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
