In the event someone posts a message critical of UGI Utilities, we will do our best to respond in a thoughtful, responsive manner. However, inappropriate comments (including those with obscene/offensive language, racial and ethnic slurs, and rude behavior and mentions of individuals by full name) will not be tolerated, will be removed without notice and will not receive a response. To protect the privacy of yourself and others, please do not comment or post any personal information about yourself or others (full name, address, phone, contact information, account number,etc.). Instead send UGI a message via Facebook or call our call center.

For customer service or emergency issues, please contact our call center. UGI Central Penn Gas Customers should call 1-800-652-0550. UGI Gas, UGI Electric and UGI Penn Natural Gas customers should call 1-800-276-2722. Our Customer Service representatives are best able to help you. They want to resolve your concerns, it’s what they do. We work hard to ensure that you never have problems with your natural gas or electric service. But if you do, we work even harder to solve the issue. Our U.S.-based call centers, staffed with UGI Utilities employees answering calls, are open weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM for routine calls (billing, credit, turn on, shut off, etc.) and 24/7 to address emergency situations.
