UGI Announces Promotions of Two Executives

Robert F. Beard, President and CEO, announced the promotion of two executives for UGI Utilities, Inc.:
Robert Krieger has been appointed to the newly created position of Vice President – Business Process Improvement. In this role, Mr. Krieger will be responsible for ensuring UGI’s business and operations processes are consistent, efficient and effective. He will also lead the development of the Company’s work and asset management information system improvement initiative.
Mr. Krieger joined UGI in 1988 as an engineer and has worked in various departments throughout the company. Most recently, he served as Vice President – Operations, a position he held since 2012.
Mr. Krieger has a bachelor’s degree in petroleum and natural gas engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
Timothy Angstadt has been named Vice President – Operations. In this role, Mr. Angstadt will be responsible for leading UGI’s operations, construction and maintenance activities. He will ensure safe and reliable system operations, execution of field-related regulatory compliance activities, and implementation of the infrastructure replacement and betterment program.
Mr. Angstadt joined UGI in 1999 as an engineering intern and has worked in multiple departments within the Company. Most recently, he served as Program Director of UGI’s UNITE initiative focused on upgrading UGI’s customer information and enterprise resource planning information systems.
Mr. Angstadt holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering and a master of business administration, both from the Pennsylvania State University.
