UGI Improves Online Customer Experiences by Launching Mobile Bill Pay Site and Enhancing UGI.com Website

UGI Utilities, Inc. has launched a mobile phone-friendly bill pay site that makes it easier for UGI customers to manage their utility account from their smartphone.

The mobile bill pay site allows customers to make a one-time payment. If the customer is already enrolled in eBill, logging in will allow that person to view the bill summary, schedule payments or update account information.

 To access the mobile bill pay site on a smartphone or tablet, visit www.ugi.com, click “Pay My Bill,” then “Pay Online.”

UGI also announced enhancements to its website, UGI.com.  The enhancements include: a more robust online search powered by Google; the ability to quickly compare payment options and enroll online; easily start, stop or transfer natural gas or electric service online; qualify for bill payment assistance programs and enroll online; expanded energy saving tips and tools to help customers save money; and a community calendar for events that benefit local organizations.  All of UGI’s digital enhancements are focused on creating a more satisfying interactive experience for visitors to UGI’s websites. 

“Our goal is to provide UGI customers with a simple and efficient user experience,” Robert R. Stoyko, UGI Vice President of Marketing and Customer Relations, explained. “The new layout of our website and mobile bill pay site are based on feedback from our customers about what they like to do online and how they want to receive information.”
