UGI Penn Natural Gas to Begin Infrastructure Project in Waverly

READING, PA, June 3, 2014  –  UGI Penn Natural Gas will begin an infrastructure improvement project on Lily Lake Road in Waverly beginning June 9, 2014.   Construction associated with this project will occur between North Abington Road and Armstrong Road.
Work will be done in the affected areas primarily between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  Traffic will be restricted on the affected portion of Lily Lake Road during construction hours. The project is expected to take three-to-four weeks to complete.

“UGI recognizes that some residents will be inconvenienced during this project and will work to complete construction in a timely manner,” Robert P. Krieger, vice president of operations, said. “This project is part of UGI’s continuing commitment to provide safe and reliable natural gas service to our customers and our communities and we appreciate our customers’ and the community’s understanding as we make this long-term system improvement. We appreciate the cooperation of the residents of Waverly and their assistance in conducting this project.”
