Your New Bill

Your customer account number can be found in the upper right hand corner of your bill.

New Customer Account Number

A new customer account number will be assigned to you this September. When you receive your bill from UGI’s new system, dated September 5, 2017 or later, please make note of your new customer account number. See the sample bill to learn where you can find your customer account number. You’ll need this number when you register your account online or if you contact us about your bill. If you pay your UGI bill through your bank, you’ll need to update this information within your online or mobile banking account.

Format Unchanged

The bill you will receive from UGI’s new system will look very much the same as it does today with respect to information and format. Customers served by UGI Utilities (Gas Division and Electric Division) or UGI Penn Natural Gas will notice that their bill will be a larger 8 ½” x 11” size starting in September.

Your Online Account

Current eBill Customers

As a result of the transition to a new system, UGI’s current eBill program will not accept recurring or scheduled payments after August 31, 2017. Current eBill customers may pay by check at any time or make a one-time online credit card or debit payment (with convenience fee) for payments after August 31, 2017. To assist you in the transition, UGI will be mailing you a paper bill in August, in addition to your email notification. The paper bill will include a payment stub and return envelope for your convenience.

All current eBill customers will need to set up a new online account at www.ugi.com following receipt of your September bill, which will contain a new customer account number. For your security, your login, password and banking information will NOT be transferred to the new system.

New Improved Online Account

In September, all customers will have online access to their UGI account from a variety of computers, tablets and mobile devices. Here’s a list of things you will be able to do online at www.ugi.com once you register your account:

  • View and pay bills online
  • Check account balance
  • Review usage and billing history
  • Reduce your bills with energy saving tips
  • Apply for energy efficiency rebates
  • Update your account information (phone numbers, email or mailing address)
  • Sign up for Budget Billing, ABC Auto Pay, or eBill
  • Update your bank account(s) used for UGI bill payments

Setting Up Your New Online Account

Customers who wish to set up an online account will be able to register their account online at www.ugi.com after receiving their September 2017 bill, which will contain a new customer account number. You will need your new customer account number to set up your online account.
