During the second half of 2008, UGI anticipates issuing two Request For Proposals to begin acquiring energy for a new Default Service plan starting in 2010. The Default Service plan is currently being considered by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission in Docket No. P2008-2022931. In order to submit bids under the RFPs, UGI will require a supplier to have a fully executed EEI or ISDA contract with UGI.
