During 2009, UGI anticipates issuing two Request For Proposals to acquire energy for the Default Service plan starting in 2010. The Default Service plan was approved by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission in Docket No. P2008-2022931 on July 17, 2008. In order to submit bids under the RFPs, UGI will require a supplier to have a fully executed EEI or ISDA contract with UGI.
