Note (Update 3/19/2012): UGI Utilities, Inc. - Electric Division (UGI) filed its Electric Service Tariff No. 5, Supplement No. 99 with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission on March 9, 2012. This Supplement, effective March 19, 2012, decreases the State Tax Adjustment Surcharge. Incorporated into Supplement No. 99 is Supplement No. 96 which decreased the education charge applicable to small business customers effective April 1, 2012. Also incorporated into Supplement No. 99 is Supplement No. 97, effective April 3, 2012, which made tariff changes to comply with Pa. Code 52 Chapter 56.
Note (Update 5/7/2012): UGI Utilities, Inc. - Electric Division (UGI) filed its Electric Service Tariff No. 5, Supplement No. 101 with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission on May 7, 2012. This Supplement, effective June 1, 2012, incorporates the electric Energy Efficiency and Conservation Rider and establishes the new EEC rates for three distinct customer classes: Class 1 - Residential, Class 2 – Non Residential excluding Rate Schedules LP and IH, and Class 3 – Non Residential Rate Schedules LP and IH.
Note (Update 5/1/2012): UGI Utilities, Inc. - Electric Division (UGI) filed its Electric Service Tariff No. 5, Supplement No. 100 with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission on May 1, 2012. This Supplement, effective June 1, 2012, increases the GSR rates applicable to Group 1R, Group 1C and Group 2. In addition, this Supplement decreases the alternative energy cost rate for all default service customers.
Note (Update 01/11/2001 ): UGI Utilities, Inc. - Electric Division (UGI) filed its Electric Generation Supplier Coordination Tariff No. 1S, Supplement No. 2, with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission on August 21, 2000. This Supplement, effective October 20, 2001 adds the requirement of a fully executed EDI Trading Partner Agreement between an EGS & UGI.
