Mail Delays and Your UGI Bill
We have received feedback from our customers regarding delays in UGI bills reaching customers in time to make an on-time payment. Has this happened to you?
A UGI Customer Service Representative will be able to review your account and help you with your delayed bill and payment.
- Call us at 800-276-2722, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm
- Complete our online form to let us know your payment is on its way.
- Create a free online account – you will need your 12 digit UGI account number (from a previous bill), an email address and the ZIP code of the service address of the property served by UGI
