Maryland Building Energy Performance Standards Consumption Request Form

Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) has implemented Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS) as required under the Climate Solutions Now Act of 2022. If you are an owner of a building that is 35,000 square feet or larger (excluding the parking garage area), you may be required to report energy data to MDE.
