UGI Utilities Online Account Center Mobile Apps to be Retired


UGI Utilities plans to retire the Online Account Center mobile apps due to limited use. UGI Utilities customers will be able to access all mobile app features by visiting www.ugi.com from their mobile device.

We launched the UGI Utilities Online Account Center mobile apps to offer UGI Utilities customers another way to view and pay bills. Since that time, customers have shown us that they would rather visit www.ugi.com on a mobile device than use the UGI Utilities Online Account Center mobile apps. Additionally, we see a continuing trend of UGI Utilities customers visiting www.ugi.com on a mobile browser as opposed to a desktop browser. The website is designed to be mobile-responsive, so the site’s pages will fit any screen size, including desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices, like tablets or smartphones.

What UGI Utilities Customers Can Expect


Later this month, when users open the UGI Utilities Online Account Center mobile app on their Android or iOS device, they will see a message telling them the app is retired and no longer available. Depending on an app user’s update settings, they may need to download the most recent version of the mobile app update before this message will appear.

In June, the UGI Utilities app was removed from the iOS app store and the Google Play Stores.
