To be compliant with the requirement, we are instituting the following process to gather the basic AVR information: As soon as possible after a damage occurs, a Three-Day Internal Damage ticket must be placed by calling 811. The Three-Day Internal Damage ticket should include as much information as available and must state if the facility was Marked, Mismarked, relative to the tolerance zone, or Unmarked.
