Pay Your Bill Online

Pay in Online Account CenterLog in to your profile and pay your bill online. Save payment information for faster future payments. Register your account here.

Pay with Your Bank Account – You will need your UGI account number, zip code, and your routing and account number for your checking or savings account.

Pay with Your Credit or Debit Card – You will need your UGI account number, card number, expiration date, and security code.

Other Payment Options

Pay in Person at Authorized Pay Site

You may pay your UGI bill in person at one of the authorized CheckFreePay locations. You will need your UGI account number. Paying at an unauthorized payment agent may cause delays in your payment reaching UGI.*

A service fee is charged by the payment partner, not UGI. 

Pay by Phone

Call 800-276-2722 to pay your bill through an automated phone system. You will need your UGI account number during the call.

To pay with a credit or debit card, select options 3, 1, 3, 2 after selecting your language preference.

To pay from a bank account Monday-Friday 8AM – 5PM,  select options 3, 1, 3, 1 after selecting your language preference.

Pay by Mail

Mail payment with your UGI account number to:

Problems Paying Your Bill?

If you need to make a payment arrangement or have a termination notice, please call our office to discuss your options.

If you are making a payment to avoid termination of service, please call 800-276-2722 and report the payment before the shut-off date. You will need your payment confirmation number when calling.

*UGI representatives are not able to verify payments from unauthorized vendors until the payment is electronically processed and remitted to UGI Utilities, Inc. from the payment agent.
