UGI Utilities Recognized Among the Industry’s Most Trusted Brands

Once again, UGI’s customer service has earned it a spot on Escalent’s “2025 Most Trusted Brands” list.
UGI ranks among the top 40 utilities nationally in the Cogent Syndicated Utility Trusted Brand & Customer Engagement: Residential study. The report is published twice a year by Escalent, a top data analytics and advisory firm with extensive energy, utility and brand experience.
The study tracks the performance of 148 gas and electric utilities to identify brand and customer experience trends.
The study highlights how the Most Trusted Brands are strengthening their value proposition by restoring consumer confidence in the fairness of their pricing, a key element of Brand Trust that had seen significant decline in recent years.
“It’s not just about the bill amount,” says Suzanne Haggerty, director of syndicated research with the Energy team at Escalent. “Value encompasses improved reliability, opportunities for savings, better customer service, ease of doing business, and the utility’s active role in supporting the community—delivering a broader sense of fairness and value that customers recognize and appreciate.”
