Paperless billing lets you receive and view your UGI bills online instead of by mail. You can enroll or unenroll at any time through the Online Account Center.
Each month when your bill is ready, you’ll receive an email with a link to view it online.

How to Enroll in Paperless Billing:
1. Login or register – Sign in to the Online Account Center or Register if you’re new.
2. Go to my profile – select my profile from the account menu, then find the tile for your service address.
3. Open paperless settings — Click the ⋮ menu on the tile and select Edit Paperless Settings.
4. Save your preference — Select Paperless Billing Radio button and click Continue to save your settings.
You can switch back at anytime. If you’d prefer to return to paper bills, turn paperless billing off under Edit Paperless Settings.
To enroll, log in to the Online Account Center. If you don’t have an account yet, you can register for free.
