Energy Assistance Event for UGI Customers
UGI will be hosting FREE events for customers who would like information about our Customer Assistance Programs. Our representatives will be available to provide information to you about programs available to help you manage your UGI bills.
Thursday, November 16th
from 10 AM to 2:30 PM
at Community Action Program
of Lancaster County,
601 S Queen Street, Lancaster, PA 17602
Wednesday, November 29th
from 9 AM to 12 PM
at Allentown Salvation Army,
144 N 8th Street, Allentown, PA 18101
We will pause taking applications between 12:00 and 12:30 PM for lunch for the events that go until 2:30PM.
If you currently have a shut off notice, or are shut off, please call 800-276-2722 prior to attending an event. You will receive information about what is needed to restore service and to bring that information with you to the event.
Please bring the following to see if there are any Customer Assistance Programs available to you:
- UGI Bill*
- Proof of Identification
- Proof of Income and Income Sources for All Members of the Household
- List of Monthly Expenses (utility bills, rent/mortgage, etc.)
*If you are currently purchasing your natural gas or electric from a Supplier, enrollment into the UGI Customer Assistance Program currently is not available. You may contact us to discuss your options for future enrollment at 800-276-2722.
