Program Benefits:

  • Past due debt forgiveness with on time monthly payments
  • The difference between the CAP payment and the actual usage bill may also be forgiven

Eligibility:

  • Active residential service
  • Verified household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
  • All applicants are reviewed to ensure customer meets PUC requirements.
